Shift:

2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Duration of Contract:

13 weeks + Extendable Guaranteed hours: 32 hrs/week

Shift Notes:

Tuesday-Friday 3p-11p Must be flexible to work weekends and the occasional night as needed Pay rate: $90/hr Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures Manage and supervise administrative staff Collaborate with senior leadership to identify administrative needs and opportunities for improvement Oversee budgeting and financial management for administrative functions Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of successful leadership experience strongly preferred. Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred. Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations. Working knowledge of staffing systems preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing.
