- Park Operations Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Respond to guest emails and inquiries. Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Assist the Park Leadership Team with scheduling and administrative tasks. Support guests in the Group Sales and Season Pass Office. Assist with special projects, meetings, and event coordination. Provide support to the Communications Team, including content creation and social media projects. Business Analyst Internship
- Revenue Operations Review revenue, cost of goods, labor, and operational data across FoodBeverage, Retail, and Games to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analysis tools that help monitor financial and operational performance. Prepare clear insights and summaries for operating leaders and senior management to support data-driven business decisions. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and other revenue analysis projects assigned by the In-Park Revenue Director. Partner with park leaders to translate sales trends and operational data into recommendations that improve efficiency, profitability, and the guest experience. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Currently enrolled in a college or university. Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Event Management, HospitalityTourism Management, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
