We are looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused Business Administrator to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is an important role that combines office administration, financial support, vendor coordination, and team management. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, working with people, and making sure the details are taken care of. You will work closely with employees, vendors, and leadership to support the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, calendars, filing, phone calls, correspondence, and general administrative tasks. Coordinate meetings, company events, training sessions, and other activities that support employee engagement and team development. Supervise and support administrative staff by providing guidance, training, and assistance with day-to-day responsibilities. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including obtaining quotes, reviewing agreements, processing invoices, and helping negotiate contracts. Handle bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll processing, and financial recordkeeping using tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting systems. Maintain accurate financial and administrative records and make sure information is organized and easy to access. Handle confidential employee and company information with professionalism and discretion. Assist with human resources activities, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and supporting employee-related processes. Help identify ways to improve office procedures and make daily operations more efficient. Provide general administrative support to leadership and other departments as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in business administration, office management, accounting, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at the same time. Experience supervising or supporting administrative staff. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with spreadsheets, budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial recordkeeping. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Understanding of payroll, vendor management, and basic accounting practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work professionally with employees, vendors, and clients. Experience supporting human resources functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records is a plus. Ability to work with confidential information and exercise good judgment.
