Pay Range 21 to 25
We are seeking a Plant Administrator to join the company, a premier supplier, in Lancaster, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR administrative processes.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial paperwork.
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and plant events.
- Track production, safety, and operational data as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and employee administrative requests.
- Ensure accurate filing and compliance with company procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to
Detail:
- Ensures accuracy in records, reports, payroll, invoices, and plant documentation.
Skills Required:
- Organization & Time Management.
- Attention to Detail Communication Skills Confidentiality Problem Solving Customer Service Data Management Adaptability Teamwork.
- Entry level position - ideally some administrative experience.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
