Review Financials Create Annual Budgets Annual CAM, Tax, Insurance Reconciliations Accounts Receivable Collections Accounts Payable Property Analytics Lease Review Lease Entry into Accounting Software Bank Reconciliations Tenant Sales Reporting Tracking Late Fee Processing Generate Reports Tenant Ledger Auditing Tenant Utility Back Billing Administer Lease Terms Security Deposit Auditing Bank Account Opening, Closures & Switches Property Onboarding/Offboarding Tenant Defaults Review & Dispute Property Taxes Review & Obtain Insurance Quotes Send Certified Letters via USPS/FedEx/UPS

REQUIREMENTS

Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word General understanding of basic accounting practices required High attention to detail and clear communication skills
