Referral & Scheduling Coordinator Superior Senior Care - Hot Springs, Arkansas Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30
PM Pay:
$14-$15/hour, depending on experience Superior Senior Care (SSC) in Hot Springs is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Referral & Scheduling Coordinator to help coordinate caregiver referrals and support the daily operations of our busy in-home care office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in a meaningful industry. Superior Senior Care has proudly served Arkansas families for over 40 years, with offices located throughout the state. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, initiative, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to make a difference. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule caregiver referrals Communicate with clients, caregivers, and community partners Assist with clerical duties and daily office operations Respond to scheduling needs and changes in a timely manner Problem-solve and adapt to the changing needs of the in-home care industry Exercise discretion, sound judgment, and personal initiative Participate in an after-hours call rotation Ideal Candidate Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal, written, and listening skills Professional and dependable Clerical or office experience preferred Intermediate computer proficiency Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling after-hours calls as part of a rotation Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Compensation & Benefits $14-$15/hour , depending on experience 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Preferred Experience Customer service: 1 year Computer skills: 1 year
