• ADMINISTRATION About the opportunity The Commercial Coordinator role is a key position within the administration team, providing support to the commercial department and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll get to do Coordinate and maintain accurate records and databases to support commercial activities Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including preparing documents and reports Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of commercial strategies Dispatch Commercial and residential Install teams Other duties as necessary to support the residential and commercial departments Skills and Experience Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Experience in a commercial or administrative role, with a strong understanding of business operations Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
