About the
Role:
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Administrative & Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a part-time, in-person position ideal for someone who communicates professionally, pays close attention to details, and enjoys keeping people, schedules, and projects organized.

The position will begin at approximately 10-20 hours per week. Candidates interested in additional hours may have the opportunity to take on expanded administrative, operational, or project-support responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist with billing, invoices, payment tracking, and related administrative follow-up. Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors. Schedule client calls, internal meetings, and presentations. Maintain the company calendar, including project deadlines, deliverables, meetings, and important milestones. Send calendar invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Organize digital and physical records. Answer or route routine client and vendor communications. Track administrative tasks and help ensure deadlines are not missed. Support general office organization and daily operations. Take on additional responsibilities based on experience, availability, and business needs.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative, office-management, bookkeeping-support, or scheduling experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Careful attention to detail and dependable follow-through. Comfortable managing multiple schedules, tasks, and deadlines. Proficiency with email, shared calendars, spreadsheets, and standard office software. Experience with billing or accounting software is a plus. Professional and courteous when communicating with clients and vendors. Able to work independently and appropriately handle confidential information. Reliable transportation and the ability to work physically in our office during agreed-upon hours.
Schedule:
The anticipated schedule is 10-20 hours per week, arranged during regular business hours. Please include your general availability when applying.

This is an in-office position and is not intended to be fully remote. Additional hours may become available for someone willing and able to assume broader responsibilities.

Pay:
