RECEPTION MANAGER

StoneBridge Village Property Owners Association - Branson West, Missouri StoneBridge Village Property Owners Association is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Reception Manager to oversee our front desk operations and serve as a primary point of contact for property owners, guests, tenants, vendors, and visitors. This is an important customer-facing position at StoneBridge Village. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a busy environment, and can provide professional and helpful service while managing a variety of administrative responsibilities. What You'll Do Welcome property owners, guests, and visitors to StoneBridge Village. Answer incoming telephone calls and assist callers or direct them to the appropriate department. Oversee daily front desk operations. Assist property owners with questions, information, owner cards, and gate access devices. Maintain calendars, schedules, files, folders, and other administrative records. Assist with contracts and document management. Assist with onboarding new property owners and members. Communicate with Association departments to help provide a positive experience for owners and guests. Maintain a professional working relationship with Welcome Center tenants. Maintain front desk supplies and keep the reception area organized and presentable. Perform general upkeep of the reception and lobby areas as needed. Learn and utilize Association computer programs and administrative systems. Perform other administrative and customer-service duties as assigned. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is: Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused Dependable and punctual Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling several responsibilities at once Able to work independently and follow tasks through to completion An effective problem solver Comfortable communicating with a wide variety of people Professional in both appearance and demeanor Positive, approachable, and willing to help Qualifications Previous customer service, reception, administrative, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer programs, email, internet applications, and Microsoft Office. Ability and willingness to learn new computer programs and technology. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to establish positive working relationships with property owners, guests, tenants, employees, and management. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Physical Requirements This position may require standing or walking for extended periods and occasional reaching, bending, carrying, and stooping. Must be able to lift approximately 25 pounds. Schedule Monday - Friday 10am - 6 pm.
