Job Description Leads and guides adminsitrative support staff. Coordinates diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department. Job Responsibility Leads and guides administrative support staff. Coordinates diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: Typing various correspondence, reports, articles; Greeting and directing visitors; Answering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pages; Scheduling appointments/meetings; Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, patient record filing; Taking meeting minutes; Collecting payments; Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office; Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions. Job Qualification Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 5-7 years of relevant experience, required. Experience working in a busy medical office or a hospital setting, highly preferred
•Regular working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. Flexibility to work other shifts including 6:30am-3:00pm, 8:30am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:30pm on an as-needed basis for coverage purposes.
