What You'll Do:

Supervise and mentor Career Coaches Monitors service activities to ensure quality, continuity and comprehensiveness Reviews assessments, assignments and terminations of individuals including staff action plans consistent with the individuals' needs Communicates with funding sources, school district staff, employers and individuals circle of support Step in to provide direct support when needed What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated professional who: Thrives supervising and developing staff Understands OPWDD and ID/DD service environments Is organized, compliance-focused, and detail-oriented Can balance administrative leadership with direct service support Leads with professionalism, positivity and accountability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree + 3 years ID/DD experience Associate's degree + 5 years ID/DD experience Valid NYS Driver's License Supervisor or leadership experience preferred Why Join Us?
