As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our GNB Doors of Texas office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsiblities:

Provide general administrative support to various departments Prepare quotations from work orders and send to clients for approval Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Manage office supplies and parts inventory Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Strong administrative skills to ensure efficient operation of the office Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with accuracy Familiarity with computerized systems including Microsoft Office Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Clean driving record Join our team as an Administrative Coordinator and contribute to providing exceptional customer service in a fun workplace!
