Boutique west side law firm is currently searching for an Administrative Coordinator to join their established team. This position will have a lot of variety and be responsible for - Providing administrative support by drafting letters, proofreading documents, and updating client files Responsible for client conflict checks, witnessing documents, and preparing client binders Scheduling meetings and coordinating conference rooms Assisting with receptionist duties for breaks, vacations, etc. Verifying invoices and receipts Assisting legal staff with special projects Ability to work with extremely confidential documents Ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft skills, strong written and verbal communication, work well in a fast-paced environment, and have a high level of professional savvy. Previous legal experience preferred. Salary range $55,000 - $60,000 with excellent benefits package and incredible 401k match!
