Key Responsibilities:

Perform collections calls and written correspondence to recover outstanding balances and reduce delinquent accounts. Provide exceptional customer service while resolving receivable issues, payment discrepancies, and account disputes. Negotiate payment arrangements and resolutions that support company objectives and customer relationships. Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including account reviews, notices, and legal filing documentation as needed. Maintain accurate account records, collection notes, and submit scheduled reports to management. Partner with Sales and Management teams to accelerate collections on delinquent accounts. Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding customer account status and collection activities. Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, sales personnel, and other internal departments. Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or related experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting or ERP systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Pay Rate:

$25.00/hour ,
