The ideal candidate must have experience with: Commercial construction collections Notices to Owner (NTOs) Notices of Nonpayment Lien rights and lien deadlines Releases of lien Monitoring accounts receivable and aging reports Following up with customers, general contractors, and project managers Maintaining accurate collection notes and supporting documentation Resolving payment discrepancies and assisting with account reconciliations Knowledge of Florida construction lien laws and required deadlines is highly preferred. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, assertive, and able to communicate professionally with customers while protecting the company's collection and lien rights. Previous experience with accounting or ERP systems is preferred.
