Duties:

Majority of time spent on the phone working with customers on arrangements for making payments. Educate customers on importance of timely payments while recommending appropriate solutions for meeting obligations and avoiding possible consequences. Work with customers/sales team to resolve outstanding balances Heavy phone work on collections and references.

must be self-motivated Professional appearance Excellent persuasive ability and ability to influence others Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to analyze information, evaluate results and develop solutions Integrity is of utmost priority Cash Handling Valid and current Driver's License and ability to maintain a good driving record High School Diploma/GED Will be subject to drug testing, drug free work environment Preference will be given to applicants with one year tangible sales experience
