Duties:

Majority of time spent on the phone working with customers on arrangements for making payments. Educate customers on importance of timely payments while recommending appropriate solutions for meeting obligations and avoiding possible consequences. Work with customers/sales team to resolve outstanding balances Heavy phone work on collections and references.
