Ensures all recovery efforts are conducted in compliance with applicable banking regulations and internal policies. Maintains accurate records of collection activities and collaborates with relevant departments to resolve account issues efficiently. Responsibilities Contact customers for payments using predictive and preview dialer systems.\nHandle incoming customer calls and provide account resolution support.\nAssist customers in establishing repayment arrangements.\nPrepare and distribute collection notices in accordance with recovery policies.\nResearch deposit statements and account histories to support collection efforts.\nDrive team performance by actively contributing to shared goals.\nPerform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED\n2 years of experience in collections\nWorking knowledge of collection laws and policies\nFamiliarity with bankruptcy procedures\nStrong telephone communication and negotiation skills\nEffective organizational and problem-solving skills\nInvestigative and research skills\nBasic PC skills\nMust be able to multitask
