Looking For:

B2B collections experience Billing exposure Customer service background Key Duties Contact customers about invoices, follow up on past-due balances, and resolve payment concerns by phone, email, or letter Work with project accountants on billing revisions or issues Respond to billing questions from project managers and division leaders Keep accurate records of all collection activity Assist with AR aging reports and audit requests Help manage the receivables process and reduce days outstanding Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
