Back Collections Specialist Collections Stoughton , Massachusetts Temp Per Hour Oct 6, 2026 $23.00 - $26 KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Stoughton, MA that is looking for a Collections Specialist to join their team. This is a contract position (potential to convert) that will be on-site and is paying between $24-$26/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Make a high-volume of collections calls to customers Send and respond to collections-related emails Analyze and investigate historic aging accounts Reconcile accounts and ensure all billing is accurate Research and resolve customer credit issues Assist in other areas/departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business related field Prior collections experience Strong communication skills Strong experience in
Microsoft Excel Compensation:
