Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Greenwood, AR

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students throughout the remainder of the school year. This position is based in-person and will run from now through May 22. This is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact within an educational setting while working alongside a collaborative team. In this role, youll provide direct services related to behavior assessment, intervention planning, and staff and student support. Your flexible approach and expertise will help meet diverse student needs. The weekly hours may vary based on arrangements, but will be consistent for the school year.
Qualifications and Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Active state licensure as a BCBA Prior experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis and positive behavioral support Excellent communication, organization, and report-writing skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Flexibility and adaptability to adjust workload and hours as needed
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analyses Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Train and consult with teaching staff, paraprofessionals, and families Provide direct and indirect support to students with behavioral needs Track progress and adjust strategies as necessary Document and report on interventions and student success Collaborate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Enjoy working in a supportive environment with the flexibility of a contract position and the ability to design your schedule around your pay rate preferences for the school year.
