Job Type:

Full-time We are seeking an experienced Medical Biller to join our busy medical practice in Aurora. This is a 100% in-office position for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities Charge entry, payment posting, collections, and claim follow-up Review and submit clean insurance claims Apply and verify CPT and ICD-10 coding Work denials, rejections, appeals, and unpaid claims Review EOBs/ERAs and resolve reimbursement discrepancies Communicate with insurance carriers, patients, providers, and staff Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy Requirements Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience Minimum 2 years of CPT and ICD-10 coding experience Strong understanding of claims, denials, appeals, and collections Experience with EMR/EHR systems and electronic claims Strong computer/IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent organization and multitasking skills Able to work effectively in a high-volume, high-stress environment Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative Strong attention to detail and communication skills Reliable attendance and reliable transportation Must be available in office Monday-Friday Preferred Infusion/IV billing experience Specialty or high-volume medical practice experience Benefits 401(k), health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, FSA, paid time off, and retirement plan.
