Job Overview Poseidon Marine is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. Duties Payment Processing:

Post incoming payments (e.g., checks, ACH, credit cards, wire transfers) and updating the AR ledger

Collections:

Monitoring accounts for overdue balances and making outbound calls or emails to facilitate payment collection.

Key Skills and Requirements Education:

A high school diploma or GED is the standard minimum requirement, though an associate degree in accounting or finance provides a distinct advantage

Software:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) is highly valued, along with experience using accounting software like

QuickBooks or SAP Soft Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail, strong customer service, and clear professional communication are essential for interacting with clients.

Schedule Options :

Monday

• Friday / Tuesday
• Saturday / Wednesday
• Sunday with some hours during the evening
