Job Description
Responsibilities include: Perform Accounts Receivable functions for Transport Billing, including invoicing, importing rack fuel pricing into the accounting system, ensuring billing accuracy, and researching/correcting discrepancies Ensure fuel vendor accounts payable billing is accurate Complete fuel vendor reimbursement reporting, including MEAs, BIPs, and other applicable programs Work with Berry Trucking administration to verify freight rates and resolve discrepancies as needed Coordinate regularly with the Company Controller regarding financial matters Assist with front-office responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering/directing incoming calls as needed Assist with invoicing warehouse items, warehouse pricing accuracy, customer accounts, and related front-office activities Provide administrative support and complete special projects as needed for management
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
