The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for interacting with various operating groups and vendors to provide payment processing support and issue resolution.
Perform month end activities including:
Month-end reporting, monitor month end metrics, analyze trends in data and recommend process improvement initiatives to managementEnsure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and facilitate random sample testing on a quarterly basisWork with Stellantis IT groups on Accounts Payable related system enhancementsWork with Accounts Payable offshore group to ensure efficient payment processing
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for interacting with various operating groups and vendors to provide payment processing support and issue resolution.
Perform month end activities including:
Month-end reporting, monitor month end metrics, analyze trends in data and recommend process improvement initiatives to managementEnsure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and facilitate random sample testing on a quarterly basisWork with Stellantis IT groups on Accounts Payable related system enhancementsWork with Accounts Payable offshore group to ensure efficient payment processingSupporting Intercompany ConsolidationsAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. Supporting Intercompany Consolidations Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; or related degreeA general understanding of core Finance and Accounting principlesProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications includingExcel, Access, PowerPoint and WordPreferred Qualifications:
