What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day) As a Billing Assistant , you'll be part of the essential behind-the-scenes team that keeps everything running smoothly.

Your responsibilities may include:

Processing billing documentation with accuracy and care Reviewing patient and insurance information for completeness Learning coding/billing basics to support correct claim submission Preparing claims and supporting documents for timely reimbursement Following up on claim status and working through discrepancies Answering billing-related questions and assisting patients with next steps Updating records in our systems to keep information current Supporting the billing team with a variety of daily tasks and priorities (Tasks may vary based on experience and training—because we believe in learning on the job!)
