McCord Contractors is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Scheduling / Billing Coordinator to help manage the flow of projects from sold work through scheduling, production, invoicing, and closeout. This position works closely with customers, general contractors, project managers, production, and accounting to maintain accurate project schedules, projected billing, and timely invoicing. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project scheduling with customers, general contractors, and internal project managers
- Maintain accurate project schedules and communicate changes proactively
- Review project scopes, budgets, and documentation to support scheduling and crew planning
- Maintain monthly projected billing and update forecasts as project schedules and scopes change
- Track project status, change orders, time and material work, and additional approved work
- Invoice completed projects accurately and within established timelines
- Prepare and submit AIA billing and required supporting documentation
- Follow up on outstanding information to ensure all billable work is captured
- Maintain accurate project and billing information within JobTread What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
This person should be a proactive communicator who takes ownership, follows established processes, and identifies potential issues before they become problems. Strong communication, time-management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills are essential. Success in This Role Success means projects are scheduled efficiently, projected billing remains accurate, customers and project managers receive timely communication, and completed work is invoiced promptly and correctly. This position serves as an important connection between Sales, Production, and Accounting and directly supports McCord Contractors' production and cash-flow goals.
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
