Job Description
This is not a remote position. Three days a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday with NO weekends. The hours are 10 AM -2 PM. This is a small, pleasant, busy office. with Dentrix software. The position involves managing all aspects of patient and insurance company contact. This includes insurance verification, pretreatment estimates, entering payment and EOBs, billing, contacting insurance companies including: verifying insurance coverage estimating copayments and deductibles making financial arrangements being highly organized providing excellent customer service being a self starter and problem solver updating insurance payment reimbursement entering payments and adjustments to the ledger occasionally answering phones entering pre-treatment billing Applicant should have at least 5 years dental experience and be very knowledgeable of Dentrix software.
