Job Summary:

The

CREDIT & COLLECTIONS CLERK

works under the direction of the Credit Manager; responsible for answering incoming customer phone calls, performing account maintenance, assisting the Credit & Collections Team Leads in ensuring peak performance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Be the first to answer incoming queue calls to assist customers and drivers. 2. Run Payments through Merchant Partners as needed. 3. Authorize and apply credit to customers' accounts as needed. 4. Notate customer accounts for all UCC-1 filings for auto reports. 5. Notate customer accounts financials received for auto reports. 6. Manage Financial and UCC-1 Auto Reports on a monthly basis. 7. Assist by sending out letters, applications, and requests to customers as needed and as appropriate. 8. Help out with other misc. credit & collections duties as needed. 9. Make sure all contact with customers and K&M drivers is noted in the correct field. 10. Perform various miscellaneous tasks given by the Credit Manager. 11. Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned. Support company goals and uphold K&M Values.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 2-year business degree or equivalent experience
