Insurance and Billing Specialist Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to work primarily in our billing and insurance office. Flexibility is a must, as the candidate will wear several hats! We are looking for a self directed, detail-oriented, dependable person to join our team.Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assist clients with questions Process paperwork, policy changes, and payments Maintain accurate client records Communicate with insurance companies Schedule appointments and follow up with clients Provide excellent customer service Assist with general office dutiesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service or office experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable using computers and office software Medical insurance experience preferred Benefits include free chiropractic care and massage, paid vacation and holidays.Job Type:
