The Billing & Payroll Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate billing, timely payroll processing, and complete caregiver documentation. This position supports both internal teams and the individuals and families we serve by maintaining accurate, compliant, and efficient billing and payroll processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working with confidential information. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies while meeting established deadlines. Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and approve caregiver time, training, sick time, and mileage entries for accuracy and compliance according to established policies and procedures. Communicate with case managers regarding contract, authorization, and service updates that may impact billing. Accounts Receivable and denied/suspended claims follow-up, including but not limited to; communicating with payors, case managers, and internal staff to resolve outstanding claims and payment issues. Support employment verifications and unemployment claims. Maintains accurate records of employee repayment agreements, ensure agreements are completed before deductions begin, and reconciles repayment balances accurately. Maintains dependable attendance and punctuality. Works collaboratively with team members while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong math skills and time conversion accuracy Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. High attention to detail Able to manage high-volume administrative work High school diploma required Must pass federal background check Compensation & Benefits $25.00 per hour (paid semi-monthly) Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance plans including Pet, Legal Support, and Identity Protection 401(k) 2 weeks+
