Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Billing Specialist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing and coding processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims, posting payments, auditng accounts and maintaining comprehensive records. This role requires a strong understanding of dental coding systems, as well as proficiency with Eaglesoft . The Dental Billing Specialist plays a vital role in optimizing revenue cycle management while providing excellent support to our administrative and clinical teams. Duties Prepare and submit dental insurance claims. Review patient records and dental documentation to ensure proper coding and billing compliance Follow up on unpaid or denied claims through medical collections processes Maintain detailed and organized claim records Verify insurance coverage and benefits prior to claim submission Collaborate with clinical staff to clarify documentation requirements for billing purposes Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and patient account inquiries Prepared Insurance Collection reports.
