We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Manager to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing collections activity, leading a collections team, coordinating recovery and repossession efforts, and driving timely resolution of delinquent accounts across the captive portfolios. You will partner closely with program managers to document requirements and align collection workflows with product and portfolio needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-paced environment, balances multiple deadlines and demonstrates strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
