At Restoration Heroes, collections are the final step in delivering exceptional service. You'll lead our collections team while working with Project Managers, Estimators, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and property owners to resolve challenges and drive projects to payment. What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Collections team.
• Manage restoration collections from invoice through payment.
• Work directly with insurance adjusters, carriers, attorneys, homeowners, and commercial clients.
• Resolve payment disputes and overcome collection obstacles.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Project Management, and Accounting.
• Monitor aging reports, track KPIs, and improve collection processes. What We're Looking For
• Restoration collections experience is required.
• Insurance and adjuster collections experience is required.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
