A Collections Manager manages staff that record and process collections at a bank or financial services company. Ensures that checks presented to a bank clear and the amount is debited to the bank and credited to a customer account. Manages collection accounts for a bank, creditor loan company or collections agency. Tracks the amounts owed by a customer that has fallen behind on bill payments and negotiates re-payment.

Job Description
- Lead and develop the Collections team.
- Manage restoration collections from invoice through payment.
- Work directly with insurance adjusters, carriers, attorneys, homeowners, and commercial clients.
- Resolve payment disputes and overcome collection obstacles.
- Collaborate with Estimating, Project Management, and Accounting.
- Monitor aging reports, track KPIs, and improve collection processes. What We're Looking For
- Restoration collections experience is required.
- Insurance and adjuster collections experience is required.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
