Job Description:

We are working with an international moving and relocation company that, due to the demand for their services, is looking to hire a knowledgeable and skilled Billing & Collections Specialist familiar with the moving industry. You will be responsible for managing the entire invoicing and collection process for household, corporate, and international moves.

Responsibilities:

Invoicing of the completed move until the receipt of payment Reporting on collections and account statuses Management of a/r and collection of payments Resolution of all billing issues Reconciliation of customer accounts Coordination with other departments to make sure invoices are accurate and complete Requirements for the position: Proficiency in billing, accounts receivable or collection operations in the moving and relocation field. Good financial savvy and ability to pay attention to details. Capacity to handle heavy workload in billing operations. A proactive approach towards problem-solving and management of accounts
