Role:

Soul Care Home Health Inc is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dedicated team in Agoura Hills, CA. Responsibilities:

Enter and update patient and operational data accurately into company systems and databases Review and verify source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry Maintain organized digital and physical records in compliance with healthcare privacy standards (HIPAA) Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner Generate and distribute routine data reports as requested by management Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure data integrity Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and document management

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant coursework a plus Data entry experience with strong typing speed and accuracy a plus Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google sheets) Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or medical office software preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
