$30/HR + Night Shift Differential | Direct Hire | Fremont, CA
Join Balance Staffing and help support the development of emerging technology! We're looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and staying active throughout the day.
Job Responsibilities
Collect, review, and document real-world data.
Operate computers, software, and testing equipment.
Perform basic troubleshooting.
Follow testing procedures and safety guidelines.
Record observations and report equipment issues.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Ability to learn new technology and troubleshoot issues.
Comfortable walking and standing throughout 12-hour shifts.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
Available Shifts
Day:
6 AM-6 PM
Night:
6 PM-6 AM
Multiple schedules available, including weekdays and weekends.
