Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily timekeeping and record-processing activities for an agriculture-focused organization in San Bernardino, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who works carefully with numeric information, maintains strong organization throughout repetitive tasks, and takes pride in producing accurate results. The person in this role will handle timecard information, confirm data completeness, and use Excel to help keep records current and reliable.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter employee timecard and time clock information into designated systems with a high level of precision
  • Review submitted records for completeness and correct inconsistencies before finalizing entries
  • Compare entered information against source documents to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Process a steady daily volume of numeric data while meeting expected turnaround times
  • Use Microsoft Excel to organize, update, and validate workforce or payroll-related information
  • Monitor data for missing details and follow established procedures to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain orderly digital records that support efficient retrieval and reporting
  • Balance speed and accuracy while managing multiple data-entry tasks throughout the workday
