Full Job Description Mailing Data Tech Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of USPS mail standards, sortation & bulk mailing
• Previous experience in postal pre-sort data software applications
• A general understanding of Database / Spreadsheet structure
• Detail-oriented, analytical thinking
• Ability to be cross trained for pre-flighting and variable data printing.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Pre-press experience a plus
• Excellent customer service aptitude

Job Responsibilities:

• Review inbound work orders from Sales.
• Process data files supplied by customers via email, SFTP or other means.
• Proficiency with data conversion concepts.
• Proficient at preflight and analyzing client files, identify problems and correcting prior to printing.
• Convert data and supporting information into GHP workflows.
• You will analyze workflow, identify improvement opportunities, monitor departmental compliance and ensure data security.

Pay:

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
