https://studentaid.gov/pslf/ About the Role The Inpatient Data Collection Specialist will manage data entry for daily admissions, discharges, outcome measures, internal metrics, and client demographics. Additionally, they connect with staff on the inpatient units to make sure information is accurate, timely, and complete. This position requires accuracy as the work drives quality patient care, supports compliance with regulatory standards, strengthens reporting for leadership, and helps guide decisions that improve outcomes across the organization. Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate inpatient data in EHRs and databases. Coordinate with care teams to ensure complete data collection. Track key measures like length of stay, readmissions, and occupancy. Assist with reports for leadership, audits, and compliance. Requirements Requirements Detail-oriented and highly organized. High school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred). 1-2 years of healthcare data entry or medical records experience. Familiar with EHR systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word. Strong team player who can handle a fast-paced environment. Self-starter who requires minimal supervision. Must pass Level 2 Background through DCF and AHCA Clearinghouse. Prior experience in Hospital, Behavioral Health, or skilled nursing facility setting
