13 October 2026 - 12 October 2027, plus four Option Years) Position Overview Seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Personnel to provide GFEBS data entry and analysis in support of Work Management and Engineering Systems at Fort Benning, GA. This role performs daily reviews of work order data, processes DA4283 requests, creates and manages projects in cProjects and GFEBS, and monitors ArMA transactions. This is a non-personal services contract position. The contractor employee reports directly to the Prime Contractor for HR, disciplinary, and administrative matters, while receiving work direction from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This is an in-person, on-site position. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily reviews of work order data in GFEBS to ensure order accuracy and timeliness of order closure Process and track DMOs (demand maintenance orders), PWOs (project work orders), PMOs (preventative maintenance orders), and OWOs (operations work orders) Create projects in cProjects for validated DA4283 requests Transfer all DPW-approved DA4283 requests from cProjects into GFEBS Project System Update and close-out all projects in GFEBS Project System Monitor all ArMA transactions and provide monthly summaries to the BOID Chief Summarize all DMO, PWO, PMO, and OWO history for the prior year by occurrence and cost for presentation to the BOID Chief Conduct detailed analysis of work order data in GFEBS to provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports Maintain and update asset data in GFEBS to keep it accurate and up to date Provide daily reconciliation of all activity in the Fort Benning work management system (GFEBS) Report for all Department accounts and provide journal data to document cross-division coordination
Required Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years of experience in GFEBS data entry, work order management, or financial systems support
Citizenship:
U.S. Citizenship required
Security Clearance:
Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) prior to onboarding
GFEBS Roles:
Must acquire the following GFEBS roles within six months of employment:
GR Processor Order Approver Order Maintainer Permit Approver Plant Maintainer Master Data Maintainer Plant Maintenance Reporter Preventative Maintenance Controller Work Notification Processor GFEBS Experience:
Expected to possess experience at contract start to perform immediately upon award
Language:
Fluent in written and verbal
English Microsoft Office:
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Desired Experience Prior experience with cProjects, ArMA, and GFEBS Project System Experience with Army DPW operations and work management systems Knowledge of DMO, PWO, PMO, and OWO processes Additional Requirements Must obtain legal entry authorization to Fort Benning prior to commencing work Must be issued a Common Access Card (CAC) Must comply with all DoD security regulations and safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Must pass background checks and base access control registration Must complete AT Level I Training, iWATCH Training, OPSEC training, and IA/IT awareness training Must sign and abide by an
