Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist / Clinical Care Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team servicing patients with obstructive sleep apnea. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining sensitive clinical and administrative data within various database systems. Your expertise will support seamless clinical operations, ensure data integrity, and enhance patient care processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to vital healthcare functions while utilizing your strong organizational and technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Enter and update patient information, clinical records, and administrative data Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, adhering to privacy regulations and organizational policies Perform order entry tasks accurately within healthcare or administrative systems to support patient care workflows Verifying Medical Insurance Strong communication and computer skills Ability to understand OSA and CPAP therapy as well as home sleep studies Ability to speak confidently and accurately to patients regarding CPAP therapy
