Proman Staffing along with our valued customers in Carol Stream, Illinois is looking for a Lockbox Associate to join their growing company! You will have a hands-on role in our warehouse to ensure delivery of our vast product line to our valued customers.

• $17•Full time Monday through Friday•6:00am•2:30pm A Cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within the Lockbox service center.

Executes a variety of operational tasks in support of the overall digital solutions ecosystem. Duties may include functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting, and client/vendor interaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of work experience
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, and perform repetitive motion mail support functions
• Alpha-numeric data entry experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to move lift mail trays and boxes up to 50 pounds.
• OPEX Falcon, OPEX 51, and

OPEX 150

experience preferred

• Ability to identify, analyze, and process customer receivables through data interpretation
• General understanding of workplace policies, procedures, standards, and protocols
• Previous experience in production-based environments focused on delivering high quality in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage frequently shifting priorities
• Ability to function in a workplace culture that maintains a positive and inclusive view of diversity
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime.
