We are currently seeking a Data Entry/Office Assistant for our client, a growing Insurance company in Auburn Hills. The Data Entry/Office Assistant will support a team of Insurance Adjusters. The work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The hourly pay rate range is $18.00 - $19.00 depending on experience. This is a contract to hire position.

Data Entry/Office Assistant Duties:

Entering inventory data into Excel spreadsheets Conducting research on the internet. Maintain spreadsheets for each claim. Support Insurance Adjuster's with various projects. Pulling, filing, auditing and maintaining charts for the team assigned.

Data Entry/Office Assistant Requirements :

Minimum HSD 1+ years of recent office experience Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Experience working with voice recorded dictation is a plus
