Data Entry Specialist - PPS2023-13 PREMIER Professional Systems - 3.0 Fort Bragg, NC Job Details Full-time $15.84 - $17.75 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Phone communication English Phone call management Full Job Description Data Entry Specialist - PPS2023-13 Full-Time Fort Bragg NC In addition to base salary, this position contains a Health & Welfare Benefit of $5.92 per hour. The cost of selected benefits is deducted from the H&W with the balance paid to the employee.
Purpose of Position:
Performs high quality data entry to support the mission. Duties and Responsibilities (Essential): Collecting, editing, and submitting logistical data for the Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) Furniture and/or Barracks Hand Over (BHO) teams. Provides Customer Service to clients. Involved in the collection and reporting of all logistical tracking data within the specific warehouses established. Maintains the filing system - Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS), setting up client appointments, tracking furniture inventory, and providing updated reports to the supervisor. Operates and updates the Enterprise Military Housing Program (eMH) tool which provides data on furniture systems status, movements, and availability to users. Provide input to monthly Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) documents. Support Barracks operations, barcoding, scanning, etc. Assist warehouse staff when needed or requested. Performs additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent. Experience with Enterprise Military Housing Program (eMH) or other Army databases is highly desirable. Experience with automated data systems computers, and standard software applications, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Five years of experience in the secretary/administrative field preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language. Able to obtain and maintain a Position of Trust that allows a CAC Physical Factors Must be able to lift/push/pull 30 lbs. Maybe required to work an uncommon tour of duty including nights, weekends, and holidays under pressure and strenuous conditions based on changing mission requirements. Duties involve working in the out-of-doors area with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions. PPE as required when visiting warehouse areas.
