Full-Time Join our team as a Fingerprinting (Biometrics) Technician and play an important role in supporting a government fingerprinting program. We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to provide biometric enrollment services while assisting with administrative projects. Responsibilities Collect biometric fingerprints and complete applicant registrations. Process payments and accurately enter applicant information. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Assist with administrative projects as needed. Schedule Monday•

Thursday:

9:00 AM•5:00

PM Friday:

9:00 AM•1:00 PM Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy. Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality. Comfortable using computers and office software.
