Shift Timings:

Mon-Fri between 8am to 4pm (20hr/week)

Pay:

USD 16/hr - USD 17/hr Position summary: Provide administrative support by processing purchase requests, maintaining records, managing filing systems, researching contract items in internal databases, and coordinating communication with vendors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Print, code, and log incoming purchase requests. Filing documents. Processing purchase requests for Grainger and Staples. Search internal state database for on contract items. Communication with vendors and staff. Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

MS Office experience is preferred, including use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
