In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating the point-of-sale (POS) system menu for restaurant clients around the world. Your primary focus will be ensuring that the menu items are accurately represented in the POS system, reflecting any changes in pricing, availability, or promotions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve the overall efficiency of our POS system.

Menu Maintenance:

Regularly update and maintain the customer's menu to accurately reflect all menu items, including descriptions, prices, modifiers, and availability.

Price Management:

Monitor pricing changes and update the POS system accordingly. Ensure that all pricing adjustments are accurately reflected in the system and aligned with the current pricing strategy.

Promotions and Specials:

Implement promotional offers, discounts, and specials in the POS system as directed by management. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions.

Menu Optimization:

Analyze menu performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Make recommendations for menu changes based on new features and customer preferences

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to customers as it relates to menu navigation and item selection. Offer assistance and troubleshooting as needed to support team members.

System Upgrades:

Stay informed about updates and new features of the POS system software and collaborate with development to enhance the software Skills A minimum 2 year degree or 2 years work experience required Restaurant experience preferred Accounting experience a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Google and Microsoft products and a general comfort with technology Excellent organizational and time management skills.
