The role will focus on entering financial and claims-related information into company records while helping maintain accurate worksheet-based documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Enter check, refund, and insurance claim information into company records with a high level of accuracy
• Review worksheet-based refund details and transfer information into the appropriate data fields
• Verify numeric entries carefully to reduce errors and maintain reliable documentation
• Organize incoming information and update records in a timely manner to support daily operations
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage, review, and enter structured data efficiently
• Follow established data handling procedures while working with sensitive insurance-related information
• Prior experience in data entry or a closely related administrative support role
• Strong numeric data entry skills with consistent attention to detail
• Comfortable working onsite in Berwyn, Pennsylvania during regular business hours
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to type efficiently and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
